Why Watch it Today?: Courtney Gains was born today in 1965.  Who is Courtney Gains?  At least in my neck of the woods, Gains was the most memorable part of today’s movie, playing Malachi, the right hand man/enforcer of Isaac (John Franklin), the boy prophet who leads the children.  Sure, Isaac was creepy, but there’s something about Malachi that made him the one that we all talked about, and talk about him we did.
