What It’s About:   On (Wenzhuo Zhao) departs the Sharp Manufacturer sword factory and embarks on a quest to avenge the death of his father, armed with the sword that was cut in half by his father’s killer.

Why Watch it Today?:  The American Disabilities Act was signed into law today in 1990.  In the course of the movie On loses his arm, and we learn that a one-armed man with half a sword and half a martial arts instruction book can become a force to be reckoned with.
